Another unhappy customer
Ordered item on 9th December and paid extra £12 for expedited delivery (5-8 business days) contacted customer service who said the could not do anything as it was already in transit but assured me it would arrive before Christmas. As of 26th December this item is still showing as being in China. I used PayPal to pay for purchase so have raised an issue with them.
