Great Product, Poor Customer Service
My Hydro Wave arrived damaged and it took multiple contacts over seven days before I was finally told that the damage was cosmetic and would not result in injury or shorter product life. I was offered some minor consideration to keep the unit "as is" and after some additional back in forth was offered slightly more. It has been over a week since I last contacted them and I have received nothing, not even a confirmation. I concede that this is a holiday week but it is not unusual in my experience with the customer "service" team. It has been more than a little bit frustrating. That said, I enjoy the using the rower and the classes/instructors are motivating. I would have probably given a 5 star review if everything had arrived in perfect condition and I had not needed any service.
