I purchased a doll for my…Granddaughter
I purchased a doll for my granddaughter, got the same response as everyone else. "If you are not satisfied, we would like to offer you a special refund of 10% of the purchase value. " The doll looks nothing like the one on their site, also the doll has exposed wires attached to a switch in her back. I am not able to leave a review on their site it states that reviews are only for verified purchases, my email is registered with them and you can see the purchase in my account history. I sent clear pictures of the doll, and the exposed wires, and was only offered 10%. They also noted "Upon reviewing your order information, we can verify that the doll you received is indeed the same as the one you ordered. It is important to note that we have clearly stated in the product description that this doll features hand-painted hair." I was fully aware the doll had hand painted hair. The one on the website had dark hair and this one has barely visible light brown hair, the face, clothes, hair, etc is not as depicted on their site. This company is misleading using photos of real reborn dolls to get people to purchase.
