No Customer Service and No Dress
I ordered an Elsa dress on Dec 14 knowing full well it might not make it by Christmas. I had no idea the dress was being sent from China. You don't know this until you get shipping information. If they had made it clear that it was coming from China, I would not have ordered it. Now it is Dec 29 and still no dress. The tracking didn't work so I asked for a new link. The reply from the company said, "It works for us - can't you try again?" Really?!? Info I finally got said the dress had reached an airport in the US (don't know which one) on Dec 22 and in one week, there has been no update. Can't get the company to help me at all. I would never buy from this company again.
