Bought an Etravelsim for the UAE for unlimited usage over 7 days. To my utter shock, was getting less than 0.1mb speed at 30 minutes of use. I emailed the support team who calmly sent this response “ As checked high speed data has been consumed for the day and it will renew after midnight. As per Fair Usage policy there is 1GB high speed data per day and after that speed reduces which you can use unlimited and high speed data will renews after midnight.” WTF!!! This is a total scam. Never mentioned this during the purchase process!! Will never use this company ever again!!!
