Careless or clueless
The canvas was beautiful and clearly marks the correct yarn for each square. But the yarn is horrible. I ordered two canvases. Both came with not enough thread. Customer service sent me additional thread but it took 6 weeks. I hate having to complain as I enjoy needlepointing and welcome any company that helps me enjoy my hobby but seriously. Not enough thread to finish the job? Careless or clueless!!!
