Order placed on 22 Dec and still not shipped
I made an order on 2024-12-22 and since then my package is still under "Awaiting shipment" status. Nothing moves and nothing happens. I contacted them via their chat and also sent a mail to their contact email address listed on their page and got no response at all. There is no excuse that after 9 days from ordering the item is still not shipped (not delivered, but shipped). Totally unreliable company. Is this a scam or what ?
