I am travelling Australia as an older woman and wanted security with good connection. I bought the Jetpac eSIM and downloaded the app. I have never received the email for connection. Customer service is appalling they just keep telling me to look in my inbox box which I have done many times. I have asked for a copy of email or refund to which I am being ignored. I am waiting to take this up with my bank to see if they can assist . However any help would be grateful 🙏
