Communication is terrible
Booking online is easy… it’s contacting them afterwards that’s horrible. It took 2 emails, a chatbot, and downloading a poorly designed app before I could speak with a real person, only to be told to contact the property management company who is in charge of the listing. I’m never using this service again! It’s not worth the tremendous amount of effort.
