JOVS EMS Shorts Great Customer Service
I recently purchased the JOVS EMS toning shorts, and unfortunately the pair I received appeared to be faulty. The EMS stimulation only worked in the glute area, while the hip and pelvic zones did not function as intended. That said, I want to recognize JOVS’s customer service, which has been excellent throughout this experience. Their team responded promptly, was courteous, understanding, and genuinely helpful. They listened to my concerns without hesitation and quickly offered to send me a full replacement, which I greatly appreciate. While it’s disappointing to receive a defective product, I understand that occasional manufacturing issues can happen with any company. What really matters is how a company stands behind its products, and based on my experience, JOVS has done exactly that. I’m looking forward to receiving my replacement shorts and hope they perform as intended. Based on the outstanding customer service I’ve received so far, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend JOVS for the way they care for their customers.
