Ordered a microscope from them. Didn't hear from them for over two weeks and then when contacted I got an AI response riddled with spelling mistakes and then when I contacted again there was no reply When the microscope finally arrived it was in very poor condition with the inner bags open, damaged packing, destroyed instruction guide The quality of the screen is also very bad I would not recommend at all
