Customer Service that is "Above and Beyond" Aug/Sep 2025. I cannot praise Top Archery enough for the service that they have provided to me in connection with my last two bow purchases from them. Exceptional !!! I originally ordered a 10# junior 3 piece take down for my 8 yr old grandson. It was an excellent value offer and arrived very quickly and well packaged and protected. It was quickly apparent that I had purchased a bow that was too light for him and it was passed onto his younger sister. I contacted TOP ARCHERY and Julia L lead me through my options. I bought the same bow again with 16# limbs, which was despatched in 2 days but intercepted by and returned by China Customs/Export. I again contacted Julia who had a replacement bow with me in 5 days - which included 12 complimentary arrows for the Customs delay, although it had not been TOP ARCHERY'S responsibility. Well done Julia L and TOP ARCHERY - from one very satisfied customer.
