No exchange! You have to pay
The jewellery was nice, but we got the wrong size and they don’t do an exchange, so we had to send the jewellery back and get a gift voucher to then pay another £35 on top of what I already paid when all I wanted was an exchange. So make sure you get the right size first time because if not you’ll have to pay
