The site closes order 60 days after… Don't buy from them
The site closes order 60 days after shipment even if product is not delivered. In my case the product was rejected by usa customs and returned to china after a physical inspection. When it was reshipped the back to USA it was sent with parts missing from inspection on first shipment. Alibaba does not have a way to dispute it because it was closed by them long before I received it. So I have a worthless $16000 purchase with no support. The company selling the product will provide no support even though it was shipped by them door to door. The company Shandong Faster Machinery Co., Ltd. will not send me the missing parts saying it is my fault because I signed for the shipment and didn't note the missing internal parts.
