Scam. Placed an order in October. Requested a refund in December after receiving nothing and got no reply. Still have no art and no refund more than 6 months later.

Scam
Scam. Ordered more than a month ago. I have received nothing. I reached out for an update on the status of my order via email and got no response. I later reached out to cancel the order and suddenly got a response, refusing to refund my money and wanting to negotiate a discount with the selection of another item instead, despite the fact that the website shows I am entitled to a refund based on my order not being shipped yet. Total scam. Would not recommend at all.
