Dishonest and Dodgy – Avoid Compensair!!!!!!!!!!!!
I strongly advise against using Compensair for flight compensation claims. My family of four experienced a canceled flight with British Airways this July, and after seeing Compensair’s advertisement, we decided to use their service. Initially, things seemed fine—three of us received compensation within a month. However, one family member is still waiting for their payment six months later. Despite countless attempts to contact Compensair, their responses have been vague and unhelpful. They claim the airline is treating our claims individually, even though we were all part of the same booking and faced the exact same flight cancellation. Their explanations don’t add up, and it feels like they’re just stalling. To make matters worse, Compensair charges an outrageous 30% of the compensation as their fee, which is already excessive. Yet, they appear to be pocketing the compensation for the unpaid claim instead of passing it on. To me, this behavior is outright dishonest and unprofessional. If you’re lucky, they might process your claim properly. If you’re unlucky, like us, you may never see your compensation. I’m now seeking legal help and plan to report them to the appropriate authorities. Save yourself the stress and avoid this scam of a company.
