I deposited cryptocurrency on this platform and later submitted a redemption request that was initially marked as approved. I even received an email confirmation stating that the redemption had been approved. Shortly afterward, the status was changed to “canceled,” my account was permanently banned without warning, and no meaningful explanation was provided despite multiple attempts to contact support.
