Superb customer service, I had a question and jumped onto the chat feature and got a response back immediately. Towels just arrived. I have been researching towels for quite some time and got connected via a website that does 3rd party testing. When Delilah was on the list I knew I could be confident in purchasing. They are soft and beautiful and I am so excited to start using them. On top of everything, my family and I are huge rescue advocates. We fully believe in “adopt don’t shop” and advocating for those without a voice. The story of Delilah was really touching. Never giving up on those precious family members. Last, the companies efforts to maintain sustainability and their care for farms and giving back all are testaments to the character of the company.
