Rokr on this website did respond to my complaint of 7 December 2024 and took until 7 January 2025 to respond. but did not answer the question about puzzles that were ordered but did not get shipped. Reading no personal responses this looks like an AI program responding. There are two websites to leave a review: trustpilot - toy manufacturing trustpilot - toy store I left a negative review on missing puzzles on the toy story and got a response to a new email - that looks like it is not a published email. Responding to this email does look like it did not get bounced back. Time will tell. I contacted my CC company and since it was within 6 months they refunded me the cost of the puzzles and shipping cost. the CC company is awaiting a response to the complaint. Now we will see if the missing puzzles i ordered to show up.
