They advertised on Facebook that customisation takes between 1-3 workdays and delivery takes another 6-10 workdays. The cap I ordered took 14 days to be customised before shipment, at which point I was starting to wonder if I have been scammed. Then it took another 20 days to be delivered from China to Germany. The quality is mediocre for the price charged; images are printed on, not embroidered. Just envision everything you see on their advertisements as photoshoped. The company tries to portray themselves as a USA based company but is actually an iteration of the same China-based custom-made apparel company that changes name every year; previously known as Alohahoo. Payment for your order will go to "Airwallex Jocustom Rome", if you google Jocustom, you will find a Chinese apparel manufacturing supplier website that only starts manufacturing upon receiving orders from any online business website. This is why your order will take forever to be delivered. I have nothing against China-based companies but I have everything against any dishonest business.
