Sugargoo 100% reliable ✔ ✔ ✔
I’ve been using Sugargoo for over a year now, initially for personal use, but they’ve since become my go to agent for sourcing products. Recently, Candice took over as my account manager, and I couldn’t be happier with the support she provides. She’s incredibly helpful, understanding, resourceful and together, we’re working to build up my private label, I am glad she is on my team. Their in house team has been instrumental in assisting with product prep before shipping to the UK, which has saved me significant time. Sugargoo is also highly competitive when it comes to shipping rates, which adds even more value to their service. Throughout my time with them, I haven’t encountered any issues. It’s worth mentioning that their app has improved significantly since I first started using it, making the overall experience even better. If you’re looking for a reliable, cost effective, and supportive shipping agent, I highly recommend Sugargoo & Candice.
