Realy suprising that there is so much negative reviews. I had a problem with my air3s and contacted Dji. They told me to sent the drone to them and when they recived it they will send me new drone. No questions asked. I dont have care refresh. Also they use DHL express so the package arived from Rotterdam to Zagreb in 19hours. Dji support is legendary. This is my first drone so i dont have expirience with drone companies but this expirience was more than great.
