Complete scam of a company with zero customer service or accountability. They use some dishonest and unreliable Chinese shipping company to deliver the jacket I ordered. I never received anything after two months of waiting. I reached out to both Linennaive and their shipping company and they both just gave me the run around. Had to take it to PayPal and my bank to get my money back. The good reviews on Etsy are a lie and bad reviews and hidden. My reviews was marked as “pending” and never allowed to show.
