Where's the customer service people at?
Let me first say this review should be a "5" star and it still could be. I ordered coats for my daughter and 2 grans. I've been trying to initiate an exchange for my daughter because the coat is too small. I've submitted 2 requests online as directed and no response yet in just about 2 weeks time. Cotosen states they would respond in 72 hours. It hasn't happened yet. The grans and daughter loved the coats. Can I please get some assistance on this order: 30885241212920?
