Company does not respond to emails or phone calls. I found two email addresses; '*upport@orthowalksho*' and -*ontact@orthowalkcom'. I needed to modify the addresses to be able include in this review. Both were returned by mail delivery as invalid. I have sent at least half-a-dozen emails and tried the phone to no avail. The one response was to be patient as the order was "being prepared." I was trying to cancel the order and reorder to purchase a larger size, as the reviews suggested.
