I wish I’d actually RECEIVE the tickets when I ordered them. instead, it’s a promise that they’ll arrive sometime in the next four months, definitely within few days of the event
I love using Ace Tickets. And maybe there’s nothing I can do about this, but my only problem with the experience is that I don’t physically (even via email) get the tickets I purchased for a very long time. I only get a promise/message that they’ll arrive within a few days of your event. My event is in April - and I actually got them for someone else as a Christmas present. So it’s kind of weird telling them “merry christmas! I got you tickets for an April Bruins game. I don’t actually have the tickets yet, but I promise you, they’ll be coming - within a few days of the event…”
