I had a terrible experience with Sofa Cover UK. The product quality was far below expectations—cheap, poorly made, and not worth the price. The fit was terrible, and the fabric felt tacky and flimsy. It’s shocking they charge so much for such substandard products. The service was even worse. Their so-called "customer support" was unhelpful and dismissive when I tried to address the issues. What’s even more frustrating is their misleading returns policy. Their listed UK address is fake, and when I tried to return the item to their real address in China, I was slapped with a £40 shipping fee, which isn’t refunded. It feels like a complete scam! I would strongly advise against purchasing from this company. They’re misleading customers and offering terrible products with appalling service. Companies like this shouldn’t be allowed to trade!
