It broke after a week
It broke after a week. I’ve been in contact with customer support but they are INCREDIBLY unhelpful and refuse to pay me back or send me a new item. It took them a day to respond to EACH INDIVIDUAL TEXT MESSAGE which ment that it took a WEEK before I even got an answer to the question wether or not I’d get a refund (the answer was no, even tho the product was supposed to last WAY longer and had only been used a total of 3 times) I did everything according to the manual, it has never been dropped or been anywhere near water but they still Blame me for this issue. Don’t order from them.
