I had bought 3 figures that were INSTOCK everything went well, it just took a week or two to ship out. HOWEVER don't even try to pre-order from this company. They take so long and not only that will take a long time to respond. If you want to cancel a figure you pre-ordered they just won't reply but if you pre-ordered a very popular figure thats going for a very high price in the aftermarket, they will reply to you in an instance. I can see the Chun-Li figure that I had pre-order for $419 for $799. I had this pre-ordered and the release date was August on their site. Arrived in their warehouse October (They said) and November they said they will try to ship out. Come 2025 Jan/Feb/March I just had enough so I cancelled it and low and behold they're reselling it for double the price. Stick to local stores. Note: I had referred my friend to order something in stock whilst my pre-order was already in their warehouse ready to ship and they got it first when they ordered it after. FYI. We will entirely avoid this site from now on.
