very insightful and interactive corporate governance course - definitely worth taking
The 2 day course was excellent and gave a comprehensive overview of the UK corporate governance framework with plenty of high profile case law, opportunities to discuss cases with the students in break out room and with the instructor. Our instructor was methodical and clearly extremely knowledgeable in all topics. I feel confident that I have refreshed my knowledge and gained a good understanding of the applicable laws and codes.
