The app doesn’t work well. They don’t give refunds
The app doesn’t work well. It fails to recognise your voice and doesn’t produce options when it asks you to fill in the correct word. They refuse to give you a refund saying you’re too late even though you ask within 7 days. They make it impossible to cancel, you can’t on the app and they keep saying they’ll put you through to the team but I’ve heard NOTHING . So they’ll no doubt take my money again next month , They are fraudulent , avoid at all cost
