SCAM
SCAM! My grandson desperately wanted a couple items off this site and several of his friends swore it was legit. Both my credit cards originally declined the purchase with a FRAUD warning. Against my better judgement, I went ahead with the purchase on a rarely used cc. Two days later that cc company started texting me about suspicious charges. Sure enough, my cc was being used by scammers. The order process was sketchy too. First, they send you an email that you have to reply to. Then they send a link to pictures of your order that you have to verify, except not all items can be verified. You have to wait for some items to be ready for verification, only that doesn’t happen and your just left in limbo. My cc was also charged for more than the order total. Many of the 5* Trustpilot reviews look fake with poor English, spelling, punctuation, excessive praises, or are too vague or oddly specific. Pkstockx doesn’t like negative reviews and really, really tries to convince you to remove it or someone will get fired and their kids will starve. I finally told them to stop emailing me. Their games were not amusing anymore. Some people may be receiving their merchandise from this Chinese company, but the risk is just too great that you will be chosen for scamming. The negative reviews read like a broken record. My cc company removed the charge when I filed a billing dispute. Pkstockx stated numerous times that they issued a credit on 8/17/26. They never issued a credit. Never replied to the billing dispute. Never, ever, ever told the truth. RUN!
