Alibaba refused a refund for a product i custom ordered. The supplier clearly did not have the skills or production ability to produce the laminated qood stands i needed and they arrived damaged, painted to patch, logo melted and not straight, laminate peeling away and Alibaba ruled that we shouldn't receive a refund. Unbelievable.
