F*** VIVIOKKO.COM
Purchased an item about 2-3 weeks ago. They took the $46 & never sent my product. But as soon as I got my 1st email from them I noticed a bright red warning at the top of the email stating, “This email address has FAILED it’s domain’s authentication requirements! It may be spoofed or improperly forwarded!!” I use a very unique & protected email service called Protonmail. I suggest everyone look into it rather than using Gmail or whatever else. Anyways, after receiving that warning, I checked the reviews & other sites only to realize they are a completely fraudulent company that not only steals your cash w/o giving the product, but sometimes allegedly drains your entire account after they get your debit card info. I instinctively immediately went to my bank & withdrew all my cash, cancelled my debit account & got a brand new account/debit card all in one day. After that, I reported Viviokko as fraudulent & my bank (PNCBank) redeemed my money after a short investigation. It was merely $46, but still…it’s about principal!😝 I suggest anyone who has dealt with this company do the same with your bank & hopefully get your money back if time hasn’t lapsed too much. Viviokko still stole the money, but at least your bank can hopefully make sure it hurts a bit less by recognizing the fraud & redeeming what was stolen. God Bless ya’ll! #F*** VIVIOKKO.COM
