The most disappointing trading platform I’ve ever used: • Trading features are inconvenient and unreliable. • Bots fail to function as expected and cause constant frustration. • The support team, while friendly and polite, lacks any problem-solving orientation. Despite over 1.5 years of usage and submitting more than 100 support tickets, none of the issues have been resolved. This platform is, without a doubt, the worst trading experience I’ve ever encountered.
