Poor quality and customer service
Having purchased 2 personalised bracelets as Christmas gifts, within 24 hrs, the birthstone fell out of 1 heart on one of the bracelets. I contacted them and they were slow to respond. I sent them the information they eventually requested and I have heard noth8ng since, despite numerous emails. The second heart on the same bracelet has also now lost its birthstone. Poor customer service. I would think twice before ordering....
