Disappointing experience and no refund despite service issues
I had a frustrating experience with DeeVid AI. I subscribed to their service expecting to generate videos based on my scripts, but the tool consistently failed to deliver usable results. The generated videos included random words and sounds that were not part of my script, making them unusable. I made multiple attempts to use the service properly, but the issue persisted. Despite this, the company refused to provide a refund, citing their “non-refundable” policy, even though the service did not function as advertised. I did not download or use any of the content, and I even offered to have my account closed and data deleted, but they still declined to resolve the issue. Overall, this felt unfair. A non-refundable policy should not apply when the product doesn’t work correctly. I would advise others to be cautious before subscribing.
