However, once I paid their setup fee (which was a significant amount), everything changed. Communication became sparse, and the service I was promised never materialized. I was left with no functioning account, no explanation, and no refund. Every attempt to get clarity or my money back was met with vague excuses, unprofessional behavior, or complete silence. PayCly.com preys on small business owners and entrepreneurs by making empty promises, taking your money, and delivering nothing.
