Disappointed
The booster was polite, patient, and maintained excellent communication throughout the process, which I genuinely appreciated. However, I’m disappointed with the overall outcome. I paid specifically for a boost to Rank 1 but only received Rank 3. As a goodwill gesture, I was offered a free week to make up for it, which I was grateful for—but unfortunately, the result was the same. While the customer service aspect was commendable, the service ultimately didn’t deliver on its core promise. Given this experience, I’m left feeling disappointed and will likely look elsewhere in the future unless there’s a stronger guarantee that the advertised results can be achieved.
