Peloton has NO HEART about my heart
I had a heart procedure and my dr recommended a treadmill. My wife ordered me a peloton tread plus. Peloton comes back with a April delivery. Time is of the essence with my health. I called peloton and nobody cares. Finally Alex from peloton said it was up to JB Hunt and gave me their number. They could not have been more short about this, like good luck but we won’t help. They do not care. When someone has a Dr order saying it is needed and they do nothing it tells me an awful lot about the company. So disappointed and trying to figure out what I want to do.
