A memorable learning experience
I signed up for the Crash September 2024 program with Ms Sheila Williams. For context, I work in banking/insurance and this was my 3rd attempt at the AAA exam. While I was aware of the theory, I struggled to apply it in a practical context. I also signed up for the course remotely from Australia. I came across Ms Sheila's videos on YouTube and then decided to reach out to her for assistance. I really admire Ms Sheila's teaching style and fully trusted her exam techniques. She really stood apart in that she would constantly reach out to me separately, monitor my progress and provide frank feedback. From speaking to her, it was obvious that her intentions were genuine and sincere. She was a constant source of support. I went from failing (48/49) to then passing with 63. More than passing, I could confidently say I have a sound understanding of the topic. Ms Sheila, thank you for all that you do. I will always remember your assistance. Thank you, Ganesh
