A scam company is the only explanation.
Just confirming the same terrible experience as every one else. I have been waiting 3 months for an item from Temu. It says it was going to be delivered in 24-48 hours...4 days ago... I have no issues with Temu. I order from there very frequently. However this UDEL 'company' seems like an absolute scam. I can't find a single piece of positive information to suggest that it isn't. I would suggest requesting an immediate refund if a company is using them. As others have said, I hope that they are shut down. Absolutely atrocious.
