Buyer beware!!!!
If I could give zero stars, I would. I would NOT recommend this company. I ordered a $200+ wig for my birthday, and despite their advertised shipping timeframe, it arrived 12–13 days later—too late for my event—and it wasn’t what I ordered/expected. I immediately requested a return. The wig is brand new, unused, and in its original packaging. After 7+ emails, multiple pictures, and repeated requests, they still have not provided return instructions or issued my refund. Instead, they keep pushing exchanges and asking repetitive questions. At this point, I’m disputing the charge and considering complaints with the FTC and BBB. I simply want to return their unused product and get my money back. Buyer beware.
