What an awful experience
What an awful experience! I ordered a sofa in May. It's now August and there is still not a confirmed shipping date. The customer service is horrible! You only get answers if you contact them and then they will lie to you and tell you it's shipping in 2 weeks. When it doesn't ship in two weeks, you contact them again. And again, they tell you, two more weeks. It's so incredibly frustrating. I wish I had done more research before purchasing because there are reviews all over several platforms that tell of similar issues. What a nightmare!!! Stay away!!!
