UPDATE: I GOT A REFUND. To thank you, I changed my rate from 1 star to 2 star, and the review title from "Fraud" to "Fraud (Update: not a fraud)". I never got an email though. I hope you develop better support operations. My Original review follows... Never received the sim. Never got an answer back. This is what I was expecting, but I decided to try and check it myself.
