If you want to feel completely frustrated then go for it!
If you want to feel extremely frustrated and have no way of contacting a company except for an email address that they may or may not respond to ( their chat feature just refers you to email), no phone number and the email you receive, talks in circles, then this company is for you. If you like emailing a company about 20 times, asking where your products are that you ordered 7 weeks ago, and if you receive an email - it's a tracking number in Chinese that once translated means nothing, then this company is for you. This was my worst experience of all time with a company. I thought I was dealing with a company out of Silicon Valley as they have implied on their site and this is not true. They are in China. I have no idea if these products work or are safe for use. Everything seems to me like it is smoke and mirrors with a complete saturation of social media as their marketing.
