I received a credit for 3 airfares for a flight that I had to cancel in 2024. It cost me an extra $100 each to get a credit that would be available for up to 1 year. I just tried (2025) to use the 3 credits and was told that they have already been used! I was told that I had to have given the information to someone and that person used them. My Receipt was ALWAYS on my home office desk. My husband and I are retired and live alone. NO ONE had access to credit info. Someone at Fly Fair Travels had to have used them. I waited on hold, for a promised supervisor, but no one came to talk to me about this outrage. $852.60 + $300 GONE!!!!!
