They did not solve my problem. The fridge unit is running fine, the power cord from the cigarette lighter suppling the power is faulty (intermittent issue). I personally had to purchase another power cable over the long weekend that was reliable so that I could continue with our camping plans. I would have at least expected a cable power replacement. How can someone enjoy the product if there has been a claim of a faulty power cable and close the ticket as if nothing is wrong. The fridge and new power cable are doing fine. May end up needing buying another power cable to leave in the other car. Frank
