Disappointing Refund Policy and Lack of Transparency
I recently booked a bus ticket through Easybook, which was advertised as refundable. However, when I requested a refund, I was informed that it could only be processed if requested at least 24 hours before departure. The issue is, this 24-hour policy was not clearly stated in the terms and conditions, nor was it made apparent at the time of booking. Despite reaching out to their support team and explaining that the refund conditions were unclear, my request was still denied. They failed to provide a valid explanation or sufficient justification for the refusal, which felt unfair and misleading. The lack of transparency and refusal to honor the refund, despite the misleading terms, is extremely disappointing. I strongly advise anyone considering booking with Easybook to double-check their terms carefully, as their policies seem to change without proper notice. I hope Easybook reviews their refund policies and communication to ensure better customer service and avoid further confusion.
