I have already contacted you about this before but I was only given a tracking number which shows that the watch has been in Oman for a long time but there is still no delivery to my address. In view of the above, I ask you to clarify the reasons for the delay and the exact date of delivery of the ordered watches to my address as above. If you are unable to do so, please refund my money.
